this is a Cafe/Bar/bookshop/framers in East Didsbury, Manchester. they not only offer wholesome and hearty food, specialist beers, wines and spirits from around the world, wifi access, regular events, rotating art work in the front part of the building but in the back is a unique book store crammed with second hand penguin books and any other book you could imagine from Virgina Woolf's To The Lighthouse to Samuel Willard Compton's The Ultimate Book of Lighthouses, every inch of the store is filled with home made bookshelves stretching up and crossing over your head creating a cave of literary treasures. these bookshelves even dare to creep out into the little beatnik bar. Not only is it a hybrid of book/ cafe but it also has a kind gentleman framer applying his trade in the final back room through the maze of bookshelves.
